I graduated from Fingerlakes School of Massage and was licensed in NYS & certified by the National Certification board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB) January 2008. I am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.  I have had extensive training in anatomy, physiology, neurology, and kinesiology. I work with both eastern and western modalities of bodywork including swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, trigger point and reflexology.  I am Reiki II attuned and Integrated Energy Therapy Level 2 attuned.  I combine all modalities to give my clients the best experience possible for relaxation and pain relief.
